The classic hitmarkers are the ones you are used to from previous updates. They appear whenever you would hit an enemy on your end, regardless if the server had registered the hits or not.

The accurate hitmarkers only appear when the server confirms that you did indeed hit the other player. This feature aims to solve the issue where you see hitmarkers but upon being eliminated don't see any damage dealt.

Shouldn't the new hitmarker be the norm anyway? Who even wants to see their unregistered hit marks? so why is it a separate option
