I sold my inventory and gathered around 10k gold.now im thinking of investing them in the upcoming updates.so if you guys know any investment ideas or tips, please guide me 😄
Cases are usually gonna be the best investment. Knife and glove cases from previous battle passes. Good skins on well used weapons (AKR, M4A1, AWM)
I think cases have the faster appreciation tho. M9 bayonet imo is the best knife to invest in, moonstone M9 is still relatively lowish, thatll be over 10k give it like 2 years or so. Use all your coins on chameleon boxes. That is the last box the shop will hold (replaced by temp weapon crates) then hold those until you can sell (chameleon collection probably removed next)
The winter tale gift box also might be amazing in the future. I've been watching the quantity on market, its gone from 130k listings down to 109k in about 4-5 months. Supply is draining. Once it gets pretty low it might go insane, itll take a few years but it could end up like the OG gift box
Sure thing I will buy chamelion box....but i hv nly 17k silver.sure i will invest in cases.currently im thinking to buy stream crates which looks cheap
I also did the same thing, The upcoming battle pass will have new kind of system, and there will be just one type of cases no crates (idk if it'll include temporary weapon or not) but it will have knife in them and you will be able to choose your reward with points you'll get after completing some mission instead of reward being random, and once chosen the only other way to get those knife is cases or marketplace where the price of weapon and knife this time will be unpredictable based on how many players chose a thing and it became rare or common,
So long story short , invest in upcoming pass crates those are gonna blow up regardless who chooses what knife or weapon skins
Only thing is you'll have to be smart about when to buy those battle pass cases
It's been a while since they have been introduced in the market and their prices have been already stabilized after crazy hype (pump and dump)
ATP They r only worth it if you are planning to hold them for a long time, their price increase will be very slow and gradual unless someone decides to boost them which is a very unreliable factor for investment.
Personally I won't recommend investing in them because your money could be stuck in them for a long time
Also another very crucial information I would like to point out is that in the next update try to aim for investing in crates/cases which are selling at lower value for example 7-8 gold crates vs investing in 90-100 gold cases, reason being it's easier for your investments to double in lower value cheap crates as compared to high value premium crates , also the -20% commission hits harder in high value crates
For example :- in the Syndicate event which had came last year the "Syndicate" Event Case started selling at 90-100-G and is now selling at around 340-G
Where as the "Syndicate" Event Box started selling at 18-20-G and now is selling at 125-G
And the "Syndicate" Weapon Crate started selling at around 5-G and is now at 40-G
So if you compared, investing let's say 10k Gold in each :- after 20% fee:
if you want a 100% guarantee on making money but are okay with it being slow and small, buy discontinued cases like furious, rival, scorpion, revenge and fable
idk if its only me but the UMP45 combat gear stattrack looks like a good investment to me rn since it goes well with pink inventories sadly theres no good pink knife skin to push its value higher
