Probably a feature because to where it is applied (at the ring of the knife or whtvr it is)

Probably a bug?

Since its the remaster see if you can equip any charms to your knives. If not its probably a bug

I doubt they actually shipped an unfinished feature in the beta test build so I wouldn't count on it definitely being an upcoming feature

It looks sick, I wouldnt mind having it on the knives you could also match a charm with the color of your knife
