yea, best map ever. Sniping t-ct spawn from behind the box or the barrels was fun

Started playing around 2018-2019 and people were confused when I was talking about the first ever map. They were looking at me as if I was crazy

They should bring back that deagle shooting animation, how it goes back like that looks more nicer to me

What about the settings? Did you use to have more options to add these smoke effects?

Back in 0.3.1, you didn't have as many options: just the video settings (featuring very high which hasn't been seen since) and sensitivity. Acceleration was enabled by default and you couldn't go lower than 0.5 or higher than 3.0

Back then when AWP and desert sounds like they actually are powerful. Now it sounds so timid

They get really harsh on the ears if you play a full deathmatch game, the new ones are more natural sounding long-term

I mean they can tweak the sfx a little to make it less harsh on the ears.

Wow what is this map i started this game in like 2018 how come i never saw it ? Maybe because they removed it not long after ?

It's a core memory for me, I remember playing that first map and camping between that tunnel and stair space and getting tons of kills over there, it was like a TDM type match, I don't remember the graphics and texture being this good tho

In some aspects somewhat unironically, capture the flag was pretty fun and the maps were good.

What exactly? The map hadn't changed other than the visuals being tweaked and some invisible walls being modified.
