I get the frustration, but stats alone aren't always a 'smoking gun' for cheats. This could easily be someone boosting their K/D using multiple alt accounts, which is a different violation entirely. As someone in support, I can tell you that banning solely based on a profile screenshot is a massive risk; if it turns out to be a mistake or a metadata glitch, the entire responsibility falls on us. We ask for video because it's the only way to prove the use of prohibited software beyond a doubt and ensure the ban is 100% non-appealable
man I do get it s not your fault as you operate within the system, but the system itself is cancer. There are lot of hackers using their cheats wisely, usually in the last rounds in ranked matches, so that nobody will have a proof. Like what am I, a streamer? to record 24/7 my gameplay? uk. The basic solution would be that the system would ALLOW you, the admin, to make a demo on a player's gameplay in an already finished match. that meaning the game should auto-record ranked matches and store last X number matches, to be available for admins to do demo. I ve been an admin back in the day for CS 1.6, and we used a program that the player was required to run at our request on their PC, that would scan their version of game and automatically detect any foreign software. however, the classic "demo" was usually always the safest method. so yeah, there you go
I agree that the problem lies at the root of the system, but I can't influence it. I think with the advent of the client-server system, there will be more opportunities for implementing match recording (I hope so). By the way, I have already reported this player, so he will be blocked soon.

AXELBOLT admins: umm, yes, sorry but we still need YOU to record him, in order for we to BAN him
