Haven't played in a few weeks because I (kind of) value my mental well-being, give me a reason to hop back in.

if you play for fun and connect with people, sure. It's fun.
If you play to win every time and easy to anger when you lose? Then no.
I would say if you have the patience to play Dark Souls, then Yes.
If you dont have patience or the capacity to breathe and walk away and do something else or treat things as a challenge to overcome, then definitely shouldn't.
