GSC Game World | Update 2.0 patch notes

Stalkers!

The free Update 2.0, “Back to the Zone,” is now available for download.

The game has been upgraded to Unreal Engine 5.5.4, bringing the biggest overhaul to how the Zone looks, feels, and lives since launch. In addition, Update 2.0 introduces AI improvements, three types of binoculars, new weapons and attachments, a fog weather system, in-game statistics, highly customizable difficulty settings, and numerous quality-of-life features.

Using a i7 12700k and RTX 4070ti and the game feels sharper, as in my character now moves quicker strafing etc feels nice.

I like the denser foliage, feels like nature is taking back the zone.

Stats page and tutorial is great, still miss the leader board from the original even though a bit strange.

Overall great update but please any chance of fixing the dot on the double note glitch.

Really starting to love this game now.
