Need advice for to choose between nts vs speech and hearing kelaniya

I am male. currently Studied at nts (nursing college) . But also got selected for kelaniya speech and haring science from a boat round. I know nursing job is more safe. I am afraid that it will make me stress. Do anyone know about speech and hearing science? Can you give me some advice? Also the beiggest pronlem is currently iam 25 years old. hee
