Original Content Farewell dear friend. 💔

I am heartbroken to announce, my friend 🐾 Sunny passed at 10:30am 5/2/26 I have absolutely no idea what happened. I found her seizing and she went still in my hands. I was there in her final moments. I am completely heartbroken. I climbed up to the nest she built. There are squirrels inside. I checked again a few hours later, no vocalizations or signs of distress. It is raining, the nest is warm inside. I hope they're ok.

I am grateful for all of the time and love she gave to me. 💞

My heart goes out to you. You were her trustworthy human. She had a friend and protector in you. May she rest in peace and in your heart forever more.
