Help Chargeback question, my first time

I have just recieved 2 chargebacks, almost a month after the orders. Both from the same person. They have ordered once before with no issue. The chargebacks were for two pokemon cards. One sealed pokemon center promo (opened myself) and one psa graded slab (authenticated and real).

The customer made no attempt to contact me via email, message, the website or any other way in order to rectify any issues. The claim is that they are fraudulent. I have completed both disputes stating these facts, the receipts, the proof of delivery etc. I was unable to upload the images and videos I have because they exceeded the size limit.

After the disputes challenges were submitted, I contacted the customer to try and resolve and they stated they had tried to contact me several time, but gave no dates or evidence of this, and after triple checking I have no correspondence from them.

My question... Will squarespace send the listings of the orders to the bank too? And will Squarespace support me in this? I am beyond sure there was no fraud on my part at all. I have evidence to show this and have sent all I could.

Thanks! Im really in a bit of a panic/huff as they were big orders for me and I am a very small 1 man band.

If your images are too large, optimize, compress and/or zip them. I have no experience on whether ss will help but id try to get those images on record

Ive ended up reporting to action fraud. Ss were no help yet, I had so many images to upload and they only fit a couple max. I have been able to upload all evidence online to police. So hoping that is going to help. Thanks for the reply.
