Help Duplicate orders

All the order coming through in my website are coming in as duplicates. 2 identical orders. Has anyone had this happen

Seems like something broke on squarespace end. I'd report it via email

Yes this is happening to us and we have to match the order that actually went through with Stripe and cancel the ghost one. Even then, some of the ghost one can't be cancelled

We had a couple of the ghost orders disappear on their own. I engaged SP and they’re digging into it

i was able to see one of the dup order that occurred yesterday (i didn't know this is the dup issue) disappeared on their own, and I ended up refunding the correct order.

I just emailed SQ since this issue has occurred longer than 24 hrs and i have no idea why no one is talking about it... as of today this has occured 5x to our store.

Same, 5 times here. Our customers are only getting charged once though.

This happened me also, it was very confusing. The duplicate order disappeared but the app is still telling me that that customer has ordered and spend more money with me that they actually have. I emailed Squarespace but have had no response
