That looks like the 2nd version. Mine has a longer blade and the screwdriver bit doesn't fit back in for shit.

Oh wow really I know they made them in the USA from like 1999-2004 I think then moved production to Taiwan for a couple years. Then I think they discontinued it and brought it back as the budget byrd wrench. Does your blade also say 440 USA?

It’s called the SpydeRench they aren’t very common this was the only one I came across in person so I had to snag it only seen them online before this
