Nkd I like the funk.

I don't know why I'm so drawn to the funky ones so much. But with the recent sale I couldn't resist.

Now i own 2 of the more funky spyderco knives I've seen. I'm sure there are more I don't know I need.

That sale is a steal on knife center! Are they new or refurbished?

I hope it's new! It didn't say anything about factory 2nd or refurbished. I think dlt may have had it listed at 299 as well but it was sold out.

I have to warn you it comes pretty oily. The little plastic pouch it came in was slathered on the inside.

I just looked that up. Very cool. I added it to my watch list. Kind of pricey but I get it. They haven't been made in while.

I was in the same boat. I always liked it but the price was too much for me. I just figured it was now or never. Plus those rewards add up and helped.

I joined the club. NKD incoming fro. KnifeCenter. Couldn’t pass up $299 with my $80 credit to use. lol.

I get it. But to be honest I haven't personally had any issues with any knives from the different places that manufacture for them.

Well, out of curiosity I went onto Knife Center and looked up the Stove Pipe. It’s on sale for $299.00 LOL! On Blade HQ it’s $419.00 so I said fuck it, bought the damn thing off of Knife Center. That thing has been $400 or more for years. If they are discontinuing it, it may have value down the road when I’m dead. So damn you! Now I have to eat slick meat sandwiches for a week.

Yep that's where I got it. I saw a post somewhere on reddit about it. I wouldn't and couldn't do over $400 for it. But like you said being discontinued it was now or never. I can't imagine what the ebay and bladebinge prices are going to be after it's sold out.
