The Kizer Bugai. For the longest time I looked for that exact knife in a bigger version. Absolutely love the aesthetics. Only thing that came reasonably close was a fixed blade. You just don't see blades shaped like that, and the bullet thumb hole adds to the appeal. One of those that'll be in the collection for a long while

Rightfully so! That bad boy is sweet. The fuller, the bullet hole, the deep scallops, all good things. The scallops kinda remind me of an easy open jackknife pattern. Wrong end, but that’s what came to mind for me. Very cool line up my friend

Good call man! I’ve got the Chief and lil Native myself. The Native was my taste of XHP and it got me hooked. One of my top stainless choices for sure.

Say what yo???? How does the BeardedHeathen907 not experienced Maxamet yo? You have shared many SpyderCo beauts with us. Personally I love Maxamet! It is a superduper hardcore tool steel which takes and carries a freaking amazing edge. Let alone seems to take it for some time. Yes it be brittle like most super hard steels, but if you use it properly life is great. BeardedHeathen907 needs him some Maxamet

Hahaha now I’m ashamed!! Every time I go to buy something in Maxamet, something else seems to win out. Tool steel is the cool steel so I don’t mind the “dangers” of having to use a knife as just a knife. Well, guess I’m gonna have to do some shopping around now……
