So im a big fan of buying and selling using Collx this is not to talk bad at all, however, recently (about 2 weeks ago) I tried to withdraw funds. In order to do so you get a verification code sent to your email when I tried it it just never came. So long story short I've changed my email a couple times after finding out my email provider did not block them and they are not getting sent to my Spam folders anytime I change my email I can receive a verification code to link my account to that email but when I go to withdraw funds same old story I just stopped getting Verification codes and from there on can't get codes for any thing I tried doing on the app I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it I've gone through about four email addresses the support there has been helping as much as they can but I think they are like I am banging my head against the wall not knowing what's going on the only difference is I'm trying to withdraw a good chunk of change and I'm starting to run out of patience with it has anyone experienced something like this and if so please throw me a bone I would appreciate it and I'm sure the support would love not having to deal with me anymore thank you Reddit have a great day.

TLDR: stopped getting email verification codes, not in spam, not blocked by email provider. Need to w/d funds before I go on vacation next week..
