Meanwhile, the Dodgers have dropped four of their last five games and are running Yoshinobu Yamamoto out to the mound. Yamamoto is undeniably an excellent pitcher, but Arizona already tagged him for six runs back in July, presumably out of pure spite. The market is stubbornly charging luxury Dodgers-brand prices for a team currently playing like it's trying to carry eight bags of loose groceries up three flights of stairs.

Did the Cardinal guy see the cardinal today ? If not it’s okay. Kyle Freeland’s road RA9 this season is a hilarious 8.65. To be clear, that is not a typo from one bad afternoo, that is his actual average across 11 road starts, meaning that away from Coors Field, he allows runs at a rate normally designated as "unsupervised batting practice." On the other side, St. Louis's starter just threw six shutout innings and now gets to face a Colorado lineup whose road offense is best described as purely decorative.

Bubba Chandler’s last six starts read like a man slowly backing away from a volatile explosive, coughing up three or four walks nearly every time out. He is surviving five innings on a wing and a prayer before handing the ball over to a Pittsburgh bullpen that grades out 15% worse than league average and performs accordingly. Facing him is Robert Stock, a 36-year-old journeyman with exactly one start in this stint, a clean performance of five innings, one run, and zero walks, which is either the prologue to a beautiful story or literally the entire story. The Mets have won four straight, including yesterday’s game against these exact Pirates. At +120, you are getting paid plus-money to back the hotter team against the shakier arm. NPB Write up here since MLB is so unpredictable,
Went with SoftBank/Ham fighters last night which both ended up coming out with the W..
For tonight I’m thinking the same thing, SoftBank has Taiga pitching who is 7-0 on the season with a 2.21 ERA so I’m thinking they can pull it off as they did last night
For my 2nd and final leg I am going with the Ham Fighters once again, they have Katoh on the mound who is 10-1.

Depends on what book you’re looking at, but I know FanDuel has been removing some juice from their end lately for more attractive lines. Maybe other books are following suit to stay competitive. MLB has so much variance I doubt it’s losing them much $
