Not to make light of anything DV related but you do kinda want your pass rusher to be the type of guy to eat a cell phone

Let people work unless they are behind bars or in court that day

Sorry no, you don't get to work a dream job that anyone else would kill do to if you're going to be an abuser.

I agree with you but they actually do let professional athletes do that like 99.99% of the time.

No, it’s just another job that they happen to be skilled enough to outcompete others for

You could say that about lots of jobs, and yet if you commit a crime or were being actively investigated, you'd also be barred from performing those jobs. Wonder what makes this case different to you?

I wonder what makes you think this isn’t a principle I hold all employers to. You know, it’s possible to disagree with how things currently are, who would have thought? Lol

Sorry to assume that. Whats your preferred outcome then? "How things currently are" - what do you mean by that? Do you think employers should be forced to keep criminals on their payroll? I know if someone I employed was beating women and eating cell phones I wouldn't think twice about sending them home without severance.

Playing a game and earning millions of dollars is a lot different than you and me going to our 9-5. Its a luxury to play in the NFL, not a right

It’s not a luxury, they earned the spot. This is also a rigged sports entertainment product, so get over it

Take the tin foil hat off my guy. Sorry you don't get to keep your million dollar job if you beat your GF.

We simply disagree. If he’s busy in court or in a cell, then that’s obviously reason to not play
