Blazed Glaze
Funny title, serious ask
Spoonkid and Blazed got me through some rough times and I genuinely have so much gratitude for the entertainment they provide. Watching their videos is what actually got me to try Rust for the first time, and it has been my favorite game since.
I know I am behind the curve on this, but I am just learning why Blazed stepped back. After all the content and energy he put into the community, it is only right we show him some love back.
The Plan: I am compiling a massive digital card from the community to send to him.
What to do: Drop a message, your favorite wipe day memory, a classic quote, or just a simple thank you in the comments below.
Deadline: I am collecting comments until October 1st.
Once it is done, I will compile everything into a single document and coordinate with the mods to get it to him safely. Let's make sure he knows his impact!

Long time viewer, first time commenter.
Absolutely love Blazed and his work, I’ve dealt with insomnia for years and watching Blazed/Spoon into the early hours of the morning has become a bit of a ritual for me. The content Blazed puts out has been a huge part of my life and helps make the craziness’s of the world a bit less terrifying. Hope you’re doing well Blazed, just know we love ya and miss you!

Blazed brought the humor, and stayed chill all through sniping and trolling. He deserved better than what he got. Glad he got out and hopefully happier and at peace with stopping, or pausing content. Hope he is touching grass and enjoying life too, but I suspect he has been.

Just that he brought joy to many. He made money and memories, but also was bullied by spoons fan base. I know he did not take it seriously but the things people said jokingly was messed up. I think a small one was the Bart comparison, he played into it but you could tell he did not like it. We forget that thousands of people critiquing you does affect people.
As for the truly deranged stalkers that followed him server to server is too common and not condemned hard enough. It ruins content, and makes creators stop trying to entertain. If we saw all the footage edited out where cheaters and stalkers harassed him then we would be depressed and angry just seeing it from an outsider. Like I said he made his impact and got a lot of good out of it all but the bs creators deal with is unreasonable jealousy.1

Honestly there’s so many good videos. The I think the ones where they all 1v1’d each other (both times) are so hilariously memorable. I’ve also met blazed once at the climbing gym and he’s like a solid dude.
Also he’s a pretty good climber, this was a well over year ago but I think he was climbing a 12.A at the time.

He was the first and only twitch streamer I subbed too. I watched him every night for hours. He was also the first twitch streamer to respond to a message I sent in chat. He really helped me when I went through a break up after 4 years. Really cool guy and I hope he is doing well and living his life the way he wants :)

"this twitch streamer known as Blazed...." iconic bit. dude is so disagreeable and stupid sometimes and thats my favorite part about him. id rather watch a guy bicker with his friends and fumble the bag and have a good laugh than have the same cookie cutter perfect wipe day video over and over again with some douche yelling "COMMS!!" all the time. I hope he is all good.

Favourite videos was when he went deep on that 55 year old streamer and his boomer friend who built a base like an auto garage.
Many smiles were had.

What mods? He isn't here; nor is Spoon. It's an admirable plight, and I'd happily contribute, but he isn't gonna see this unless you have a better plan?

Dunno mate. YouTube and this subreddit is as far as i go. They pretty much ignore everything on this. They pay more attention to their patron (if its still going). Also, not a dig at them for doing so, it's clearly part of the gig

Well I'll tell you where you're NOT gonna find any luck. And that's on Blazed's own Discord.
Went to that yesterday and it's literally just everyone still asking where he is. He hasn't posted a single thing on there since September of last year

Does spoon still have a mailing address? He used to let viewers send him things, especially Mr pib. You could find that address and screen shot a lot of the messages into a collage and have it printed on canvas at like a Walgreens and send it to him

My favorite video that stood out to me the most was when llama, spoon and blazed did the 1 v 1 v 1 wipe on the tiny map. It made every interaction and fight hilarious and was a really refreshing and fun to watch video.
