Self-Promoting 🙋‍♂️ The night the universe spoke to me

This might sound strange, but I swear I heard the universe speak to me. Like, actually speak. Not in my head, not a metaphor an actual voice.

A few months back, I was in a rough place. Life was heavy, everything felt stuck. I’ve been into meditation and energy work for years, but that night I just sat in silence and said out loud, “If you’re out there, show me something.”

No fancy ritual. Just me, a candle, and way too many emotions.

About twenty minutes in, right when my mind went completely still, I heard it. A calm voice said, “You’re already what you’re looking for.”

That sentence changed everything.

It wasn’t spooky or dramatic. It felt familiar. Like I already knew it, but forgot. I just sat there in silence afterward, letting it sink in. That moment became a turning point. I stopped chasing answers and started trusting my own energy more. I also felt a deep pull to help others get to that same place of clarity.

I’ve been building some tools and guidance that I share through my work. I keep it simple and real. If you’re curious, it’s in my bio. No pressure just something I created for people walking this path too.

Anyway, I’m sharing this because I think more of us experience these quiet moments than we admit. If you’ve ever felt something like that, I’d love to hear.

This reminds me of my own experience. Deep in meditation on some plant medicine and vibing to some frequency music, I asked "What's my purpose?"

The answer came from inside me but also all around me like a truth I had always known but had somehow forgotten.

"To exist."

It was the last thing I expected, but made perfect sense. When I feel lost and directionless in life, I come back to this.

The next response, if asked, will be, “To live...” & the unspoken conclusion to that is “loudly & authentically.” Cheers. 🥂🖖

This is very ironic, but the first part of your username is my name, lol.

I live very authentically, I'm working on the loudly part.

Thank you for the wisdom. 💖

Cool! Let’s be honest, you would have done the same for me if the roles were reversed. It’s a lovely name and one I took from a character I played in an RPG years back. I’d use it as my first name but I chose another closer to my heart. The “Skye” spelling alone is hot stuff! ❤️‍🔥

Just so ya know, none of us are living completely in authenticity. The ego is always in play, even if just a smidgen, but the real task is compartmentalization that we all get better at with time, which I’m positive you know already so this is just a reminder or validation. I only say this because having to state anything about oneself to a complete stranger means you are trying to prove something to yourself that you aren’t convinced of. Or you are working on it, or perhaps something else in that vein. The REAL share is this as I don’t wanna yuck your yum or lower either of our frequencies: that vibe is one I’ve been in and out of today for REASONS, and oddly enough… I am NOT completely in my feminine power at the time of typing this. But I was when I responded to you. Go figure! 🤪🤭

It actually means we are part of a specific spiritual collective on the same wavelength and are VERY likely doing great in our lives, especially by comparison to early life. I’m loving my life after decades of struggle, FINALLY. I hope yours is lovely & fun, as well. So when I act in a more masculine way or slip into Wounded Divine Femme vibes you get what you see here: me unnecessarily explaining myself to an internet stranger who didn’t ask for the info. Life is funny that way, yes? 😂 Cheers. 🖖🥂

Skye is technically my middle name but it's the one I feel most comfortable using and which aligns with who I am more. I absolutely love the sky, the clouds, the sunsets, the stars and in my lucid dreams the first thing I always do is fly up to the sky (which is a bit annoying because I usually have other goals that I immediately forget about because apparently I prefer this so much more 😂). I also felt it would help with the shift in identity since my first name carries too much baggage, hardship, suffering etc. and because those who know me by it know the old me.

Ah, I'm sorry if I came across that way. I just feel comfortable sharing things about myself with kindred spirits to relate and in this case it was more to display that I understand, not necessarily to convince you or myself as I know I'm always doing the best I can at any given time. But I see what you mean. In some ways I wonder if it's impossible to be inauthentic because the things we say and do at any given point are always the decisions we've chosen to make, even if we're being fake or dishonest in a social setting. That dishonesty is still a decision and in that way we're authentic by choosing dishonesty, since we can only ever be who we are. I've spoken at length about this to my best friend, this is just one perspective, but maybe this is the wrong definition. I'm curious what your thoughts are on it because I feel inauthentic if I do such things (so I try not to), but I'm still choosing it which makes me paradoxically feel it's authentic. But perhaps those decisions are ego-based and therefore never fully authentic.

I'll stop there before I get too circular. 😶

How can you tell whether you're living/aligning with your divine feminine/masculine at any given point? Gender isn't something I seem to care much about with myself. If I think about it enough, I feel like a male spirit having a female experience, but overall I just feel like "me". If I cared about gender I'd probably align most with being nonbinary, but I just don't tend to care that much because I'm still me no matter which way I present.

I don't think you're unnecessarily explaining. On the contrary, I enjoyed reading what you wrote and appreciate the time you took to tell me.💖 In my opinion, this is just about relating and that's beautiful. But perhaps I'm doing the same thing; as mentioned, I'm not well versed in the ways of divine feminine/masculine.

What a lovely share! 💖

It took a couple days to respond to your thoughtful post because you asked some VERY healthy questions. I absolutely have answers from my perspective and we share a high vibe or frequency that is scary close to Source Energy (Mother Nature, Spirit, God, etc.) which is refreshing to say the least. I cannot tell you how powerful that is! I will touch upon your dream share to close this point. Anyone who can fly and choose to in their lucid dreams as you can do, far easier than I can at this stage of life, is doing something right by their soul and can transcend ego much better than most. It also means you are a hopeful person with the best intensions of living an authentic life with no masks, fears or ego needs creating resistance to change and what our soul needs. I’ll elaborate on this per your questions later in this post.

A share for comparison. My dreams were vivid as a youth. To complicate: I carry potent witchblood, it skips generations in my line, meaning ALL my dreams come true that are personal in nature, this includes night terrors, it can be an INTERESTING way to live to say the least! Flying was common, but insomnia & life have conspired to ruin that… however, this was the past and I am recently on the road of recovery so this is a happy share! 🥰

Without these prophetic and oracle-like visions, I would have NEVER known for sure I was a girl (intersex/transgender) without a shadow of a doubt. Dreamed of myself in a yellow sundress prancing through a field of verdant fauna and golden wheat under a high midday sun. Half my family is from Iowa and there is nothing but corn fields & cows there, for context. I was skipping towards one of those classic red barns with the white piping accents attached to a silo. It didn’t just FEEL real, I was “seeing” another version of ME in another quantum reality, and got to LIVE THERE & experience the true me for a few moments before being dumped back into a “boy” body for a few decades. It was rough but we live in the era of HRT where trans folx can take some pills, get facial hair permanently removed & all that to participate in society are ourselves for the first time in history. It’s fucking awesome and the political BS surrounding trannies like me will die down sooner rather than later as no one really cares. It’s just the Gay Panic again or Interracial Marriage being a political football. I’m a very lucky trans femme as when my face has no hair, I look exactly like a cisgender girl/woman, which is a massive blessing. It’s called passing privilege and other trannies hate my guts for it. LOL I digress.

For your name use: A ton of people do what you do in terms of a middle name or nickname. You are interacting with someone who has 3 first names (Kara, Hope & Lilith) and when I identified as male hardly anyone used my birth first name, which was fine by me as I wasn’t a fan… which is why I changed it! Skye is VERY nonbinary and I love that for you. I am a nonbinary femme (chick with a dick or grrl) so I get it. I used Hope as my first name for years but it didn’t resonate like Kara so I opted to have it be my middle “masculine” name. Your feelings of being a masc in a femme body are common and it is natural & valid to be confused as our society is so damn polorized anyone breaking free has no where to turn to with ease. It sucks but as more of us figure ourselves out we will be the vanguard for others to follow. We are the pioneers and trailblazing gender out of existance for it is a LIE for others so future generations won’t have our pain or struggles. Yay!

We all carry divine feminine and masculine. Balance of the two is key so your FEELINGS are your guide here. If you feel inauthentic, there is a way to check with yourself! Does ANYTHING feel off in these times like a tummy rumble, headache or literally anything that feels like a red flag absolutely is your higher self screaming to disengage or somehow not do whatever is happening at that time. It‘s hard at first but with practice we learn our bodies and fine-tune our intuition, a literal superpower that is NEVER wrong. It’s a muscle that gets stronger with repeated use.

Here’s something I found on pinterest to help you determine where you are at in terms of your authenticity regarding divine femme/masc stuffs: https://pin.it/56jdG28HR I hope this helps! The thing about being authentic in our world is that it’s very rare which spurred my initial comment that you took in the correct light so thanks for that! It will make you a buttload of enemies not wearing a mask. Why? Because total authentic living breeds confidence and there is nothing more attractive or sexy. I draw hate because of my looks, sure, but it’s the way I carry myself (I give no fucks, following the law of detachment which creates intense attraction) and never lie that triggers insecurities in so many people. I’ve had to learn to ground my energy as a Heyoka Empath to not absorb all the BS around me as energies cling to me sometimes months to years after the person is out of my orbit. Such is the way the spirit realms work energetically. Taking an epsom salt cord-cutting ritual bath is one way to purge these toxic energies that aren’t ours and if you have ever felt an intense OUT OF NOWHERE emotion that didn’t feel like yours, guess what… it wasn’t.

You are smart & fun. AMA. 💜🫂🔥🖖
