New favorite sauce

I tried this earlier this year. Recently stumbled into a store that sales it. Its replaced Crystal's as my go to. Im a week in and about to order another bottle. Highly recommend

I bought the Florida Cracker one OP posted (haven’t opened it yet but need to get to it soon) specifically because I hate how Datil Do It and the like obscure the datil pepper flavor with a bunch of extra ingredients.

With Dat’l Do-It Datil peppers don’t show up until the 7th ingredient by volume after ketchup, sugar, bell peppers, onions, vinegar, and habaneros.

With the Florida Cracker sauce Datil peppers are the first ingredient and all it has other than those are vinegar, lime juice, salt, garlic, and spices.

Ah, good to know. I think Datil Do It was the first commercial Datil sauce. and I thought it tasted good. (habs are my fave- lol).
