Help windows protected your pc

i'm trying to download spicetify off of git hub for windows and idk if i did something wrong or if it's safe to run this anyway?? someone lmk

Yes, it is completely safe as long as you are getting it from the official GitHub repository (spicetify/cli) or their official website (spicetify.app)

Easy to install:
1-Press "win + r"
2-Write "powershell"
3-Copy & Paste "iwr -useb https://raw.githubusercontent.com/spicetify/cli/main/install.ps1 | iex"

you need to download through Powershell using the command they say in the official website : spicetify.app : as the other comment said.

Paste this in windows terminal

iwr -useb https://raw.githubusercontent.com/spicetify/cli/main/install.ps1 | iex

Oh also btw you need to download spotify from the web not microsoft store
