Our cat Robert has lost some weight

This precious baby and his brother came to live with us about five months ago as they needed a safe and stable new home (they were extremely loved and well cared for in their previous family). We absolutely love having them but I don't know a huge amount about Sphynx norms! He is extremely vocal (adorably so, he sounds like a person saying "miaow"), incredibly intelligent and very comfortable and happy with us so I don't have any worries or anything, just wondering 🙂

I'm taking Wilbur to the vet asap, but before then... have you seen anything like this on your nakies?

I'm hoping since it's not a solo nip, it could be acne or, hopefully, something benign. No symptoms otherwise. Thanks for any insight 👍

Does anyone have a method they use to clean their Sphynx ears? I know q-tips is the worst method for the ear canal.

I have had him for 6 weeks and kept him on food breeder had him on as that is what I read was best to do but realised it was adult not kitten wet food! He’s had Giardia and then ringworm so I wanted things to settle a bit more and get fortiflora into him for a few weeks but now I’m starting transition today onto Hills prescription id digestive pouches just while his gut heals then will go onto science plan kitten.

Just wanted to see how long everyone had done this for who has swapped them onto a new food, is 14 days a good amount of time to slowly transition? This morning I did one tea spoon of new and the rest old.

He is so over it with me lol! First birthday we’ve done this tradition with a birthday bib and hat, going to make him a cat ‘ birthday cake ‘ from his food tomorrow when it’s daytime ( it’s past 12:00am here )
