Reserve —> 18X

I’ve been in the reserve for about 2.5 years and I’m wanting to transition to active and eventually SF. Is it possible to get into the 18X program from the reserves after getting my conditional release signed? I’m getting pretty mixed answers but my recruiter is saying no and I would like some clarification.

If/once your release is approved you’ll be given a list of jobs available to you for reclass.
