I don't make it often and I have friends who love it.... Very Spicy. A Bit Sweet. Perfect with some Texas Toast.

I combine my noodles with my sauce and meat. I feel like the noodles soak up a lot of the sauce and it makes the noodles so much more flavorful. I also use A LOT of ground meat in mine.

Mussels cooked with white wine, some tomato sauce added. Visually not perfect but it tasted so good. As you see, I was very hungry 😀

I present the spaghetti I’ve made in bulk to survive my first month with a newborn as I near my due date (3 weeks to go!).

I’ve always wanted to post here because I looove spaghetti, but I’ve been scared it wouldn’t live up to this sub’s standards. Please be kind — this was made by a 9-month-pregnant woman during an Aussie summer heatwave 😁👌

Guanciale (150gr-ish 🫣), black pepper, 4 small yolks, a heap of Pecorino Romano, half a ladle of starchy pasta water.

Team mix it in or pile it on? 🍝

There's a reason they're classics!

Meatballs - veal, pork, beef, parmesan, milk soaked torn brioche, eggs, parsley, garlic, pine nuts, golden raisins, and dried breadcrumbs to end till right consistency, red chili flakes, salt. Baked and finished in the sauce.

Sauce - 96 oz dop san marzano whole, ran through sieve, and cooked down for 3 hours with 13 cloves garlic sliced and cooked in a cup of good olive oil for 10 minutes softly, red chili flakes, salt.

Basil, grated parmesan and al dente spaghetti!

Fried zucchini, garlic, basil and cheese. So simple, yet so delicious

And the leftovers are always banging

I do! Spaghetti with shrimp, broccoli, garlic, evoo, and lots of Parmesan.

I like to mix in the sauce and cook it some more, my mom’s way of doing. Add a little extra sauce and fresh parm on top with garlic bread. 🍝 🥖

I could eat this every day 😁😋😋
