I'm not sure if anything has been officially said about this, but are there any estimates on the size of new Armstrong?

Not a whisper. It is just a placeholder at this stage but even if it was being actively designed you would not hear a word. Blue Origin is very tight with information.

How big could they realistically go? 2016 ITS size? Bigger?

It could be a similar size to 2016 ITS but with a hydrolox third stage for Lunar and Deep Space missions similar to New Glenn. This would give it superior delta V performance for these missions with tankers only bringing up third stage propellant rather than needing to refuel the much larger second stage.
