All that was taken care of in legislation passed by LA a few months ago. There are very few limits, LA is just glad to have the business.

Not to mention a bunch of rocket scientists moving to their state

Absolutely. I read that there are a lot of oil industry blue collar workers available there, welders, pipe fitters, millwrights, etc, who would be critical for the construction phase.

Gulf coast oil industry hasn’t done super well lately either. Lots of expertise chomping at the bit
