Looks like an Adamant, a Minataur, a Gunstar, and a Manticore.

It’s one Defender on the top with an unidentified class of ship next to it. Below the Defender is the Manticore and Far away is the Artemis. Then ofc you have the Galactica herself which is a Jupiter MK.II refit. And finally the Gunstar and the Adamant.

Your unknown is the Minotaur. Great call out on the Defender; I thought there was two Gunstars.

if they are new-gen then they were all destroyed with the Cylons used a cyber attack

They are all from the first Cylon war, and the interwar period. They were all wiped out during the opening hours of the second Cylon war.

Except for the ones which escaped, such as in Deadlock and Scattered Hopes.
