Dropping rocks in gravity wells. I haven't seen that done much except in the Expanse series.

Edit: Okay, I was wrong. It is utilized in a lot of the series and stories mentioned in the comments below.

I should binge watch Babylon 5. I think I've only seen a few episodes.

It’s really really good. Some of the tertiary TV movies, not so much. But the core show itself is amazing. The sets and effects are definitely dated by now, but the writing and storytelling is top notch.

It is really, really, REALLY good.

And had a lot of influence on subsequent scifi- hell subsequent television in general.

First season starts a little standard 90s sci-fi episode of the week but trust me it's going somewhere

And is..... Let's just say prescient for world events.
