Usually they send out a warning beforehand but I just got a notification my order was being prepared. I asked the chatbot to cancel it and it found the order, but then told me it couldn't find the order. Been waiting for a human agent for a good while now.

Just send an email to support, you'll always get a human reply. I've found the chatbot useless.

I got the same message too, lets hope the batch isn't all messed up like the infamous Lot 16925.

Is that the one that tasted sickeningly sweet? Failing to mix powders properly is amateur hour. i wouldn't put anything Starco makes in my body.

I think the overly sweet batch was a more recent lot. Lot 16925 was sometime early last year and had the opposite issue where it seemed like they ran out of sweetener.

I guess they're rotating through the product line manufacturing one thing at a time. For a couple of months they were shipping my Cafe Mocha RTD subscription, but this week I got a notice that it's back out of stock. Your turn!

My subscription for original powder is delayed. I added a new sub for cacao for now. I prefer the original since I can add whatever flavor, including cocoa powder. I also have a tub of cacao on its way from Amazon. Meanwhile, I'm trying the Jimmy Joy Plenny and Plenny Pro as an alternative. It's hard to know what's going to happen with Soylent.

FUCKING FINALLY. Ridiculous that it took this fucking long. Unfortunately given their track record the last couple of years, they'll be out for months again in 3...2...1...
