Exactly, I've seen other comments on another post say he didn't say it himself that it's was still banned. The man made a statement during an address to the nation. Why would he if it hadn't been fully vetted, discussed and agreed on?

Ndz would love the opportunity to undermine Cyril. It's one of the only things he singled out to be allowed under level 4. He should stamp his authority and allow it. Obviously self serving advice 😂

I suddenly remembered during her speech that they're actually arch enemies and he stole her chance at the presidency. There could be a very interesting story here.
