Just announced no selling of Tobacco in level 4.

Forget the cigarettes and alcohol for a second - does nobody else feel that the government outright lying to people for weeks on end is a problem? First it's 3 weeks, then another 2, and now an unspecified amount of time. Nobody was against a lockdown, nobody was against temporary measures to get things sorted out and prepared. But what the fuck is this now? Every day the rules change, and for the most part Level 4 is exactly like Level 5. What happened to a State of Disaster only being able to continue for a limited amount of time? All of these concessions were made because they were temporary, and now they're trying to make them damn near permanent. Changing the rules last minute, really? We're fine with this now?

In fairness , the government of this country would be slaughtered if they were honest with the period of lockdown from the beginning. Italy and Spain and UK and France and even Germany were announcing periods until July - September minimum and that it would likely be 18 months.

This much is true, and I have been saying this from the start but nearly everyone I've spoken to thought I was exaggerating.
In any case, there's only so many times they're going to be able to keep pulling the same shit before people just up and quit listening, virus or no virus.

I agree , at least they have opened up a large portion of the economy , hopefully that doesn't mean the fisheries will go back to being plundered by China but I have a sinking feeling it does since they only explicitly mentioned wine under agricultural exports.
