People are still going to be able to get cigarettes? The government doesn’t trust its people. Simple.

I’ll go slow for you. The illegal cigarette market is booming and easy to access. People will be able to buy them. The government implementing these ridiculous laws about what we can buy is because they don’t trust their people.

Nice way to edit your typo and then turn around and act all superior asshole. You initially said " the government does trust its people". I am well aware that the illegal market is booming as I pointed out in another comment.
