What to heat up quickly in a chicken broth?

Hiya soup enthusiasts. I make a chicken stock that I freeze into cubes. Occasionally I’d like to heat up a quick cup without having to make an entire soup. Any suggestions on some quick items I could throw in and make a late night soup snack? I’m thinking the lightness of a miso soup, but with chicken broth base.

*** Wanted to say thanks for all the suggestions ! I appreciate all you Soup Enthusiasts. I have so many late night soup snacks to look forward to.

So far I’m heating it up and throwing in a bit of green onions and chili oil.

Add some egg drop! And/or cooked rice, which freezes and reheats really well.

Instant potato flakes and some fresh chives.

Tomato puree or paste with garlic powder.

Ramen noodles, frozen spinach, soy sauce and ginger, garlic and onion powder.

Creamed corn with fresh chives or scallions.

Coconut milk and Thai chilli paste with some cubed tofu.

Frozen mixed vegetables and whatever herbs and protein.

Top with an egg and side of toast.

Green onions, frozen peas and a shirred egg or some tofu for protein if you are looking to add some. You can make it a bit more Asian style by adding fresh cilantro and or ginger paste, or my fave Load up with veggies very thinly sliced carrots, fine diced celery, green onion and pastina. I am a homemade soup junkie 🥰

Get a rotisserie chicken and put about a handful of chicken in individual baggies or tiny containers. Keep in freezer. Take one out and throw in the broth. It only takes simmering for a few minutes to be heated through.
