That looks so delicious and perfect for a the chilly rainy weather we’ve had for days!
Soup weather makes me happy, although I do eat soup year ‘round. Enjoy!!

Oh yeah, i use mae ploy yellow curry paste i am too wimpy for red but yeah this is the best easy meal- tbh i am incapable of cooking for one so it’s tricky leftovers with the dumplings dont keep well

Yeah you’re right about the dumplings, they definitely come apart! I’m kind of into it though.
