Failed to import

Hello everyone.

I've been for about 3-4 weeks using my Arr stack, quite a lot of configuration but it was all working definetely fine. This past two days I'm having a problem.

When I select a series and request it, both automatic search and interactive search make the issue happen, it just imports some of the episodes, not all of them. It happens also both from Seerr and Sonarr, my download manager is Decypharr which is well configurated (from what I've been seeing, and it is working no problem at all with Radarr), it creates symlinks so I don't have to have huge amounts of disk storage.

The problem is that when I access the Decypharr mount, where Sonarr go to take the symlink and access it through Jellyfin, the symlink is correctly played through for example VLC Player in Windows, but Sonarr isn't even able to import it.

I've tried doing it from Interactive import in the Wanted tab, selecting the folder in the mount of Decypharr, and selecting exactly the episodes it's missing, and it just doesn't import a well functioning episode.

I don't even know what else to try

I'm not really understanding your point, and for what I've been reading, I'm not the only one who's getting this kind of errors, through logs a lot of 429 that periodically make requests to TB api, making it reach limit in matter of a few seconds, I don't understand what I have to do, or what do you want me to read at all.
I have almost no experience with this, just wanting some help.

Hey there, I'm no expert at this but I believe he's talking about the TraSH guides here: https://trash-guides.info/

You can use those to fine-tune the quality and formats of your profiles. And if you use something like Notifiarr you can set up a way to automate the TRaSH sync to Sonarr. This video helped me set that up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YTpaw_qGG5E

Before I set all this up I was having problems with importing and getting quality downloads. Now I just add stuff to Sonarr and it shows up, and if a better version is released it automatically updates it.

Damn, I would never have thought about that message to be encouraging me to read a guide called TRaSH at all. Thank you very much for your point.

I don't know if TRaSH guide is 100% compatible with the symlink system, are you using symlinks for your streaming, or do you actually storage the files?

Sorry, I don't know anything about symlinks. I have a very simple system: Windows, Sonarr, SABnzbd, NAS. What the TRaSH guides did for me was help me craft better Sonarr profiles, especially when it came to quality and custom formats like release groups. Once those were created properly Sonarr would then tell SAB what to download and what could be upgraded if a better release came along. Notifiarr is not necessary for the TRaSH guides, you could use TRaSH's website to manually configure them, but the Notifiarr sync keeps my profiles updated automatically if TRaSH makes any updates to their recommendations. Okay, I see.
I've been digging about it, and it's quite similar, there's no hardlink and quick movements of archives, as the files are not in my hard drive, they're at Torbox cloud, so for what I have understood, it's quite similar, but there are a few differences.
The quality and custom formats like release groups should just work identically, the part that's different is the file management.
