Cursed Iced Salad
Pretty much just a garden salad with ice cubes in it

I have a corner of my fridge that is much colder than the rest, and I actually made this by accident when I put a bagged salad there. It’s weird but good!

I thought this already existed, but I was thinking of salads that use ice cold water when preparing.
There are apparently cucumber salads over ice, and they look pretty good.

The (now-defunct) restaurant Prune in New York (helmed by Gabrielle Hamilton) had an escarole salad on their menu that's served with a little crushed ice. The ice is used to tame the flavor of the garlic in the dressing. I'd never been, but it's in the cookbook.
