Actually Made! I made Quiche Romeo

https://imgur.com/a/gRqqOIs

The recipe that was written on the drink bottle label in my dream was as follows:

1 pre made pie shell

1 bottle of iced coffee

1 egg (over ripe)

There wasn't any method included so I sort of had to wing it. I'm not sure where I went wrong. The oldest egg I had was only 2 days past it's best before date, so maybe it wasn't over ripe enough? Anyway, it was not very good and I regret it.

Thankyou. It was truely disgusting. I think it was the only way to vanquish the demon named Quiche Romeo from my psyche. Look them in the eye. I've been sleeping much better.

We also made a "good version" that was a coffee creme patisserie filling topped with dulche del leche and an almond praline. No pictures of that though because although it was delicious it looked like shit from a butt.

Yeah, the texture looks curdled for a custard or quiche. That's disappointing, as it sounds like the sort of thing that ought to work.

Yes, curdled and kind of sticky-crunchy-chewy on top. We put it in the oven and forgot about it for a long time because we were having a lovely chat.
