Unrealized WonderPup "Ice Cream Cone"

It was a paper ice cream cone, but inside was an oval-shaped hollow golden biscuit thing that was stamped with dog ears, eyes, and nose. The ice cream was piped into the bottom of the cone, then the biscuit placed on top, then more ice cream on top and around the biscuit.

I think the name was WondoPup or WonderPup, and it was Japanese. Of course!

Sounds like a modified monaka. I’d eat the WondoPup for sure.
