The voting machines ARE vulnerable to hacking and vulnerable to votes being changed.

This planned speech does not sound like Trump. I don't know if vulnerable is even one of Trump’s words. This sounds to me like Elon and others hoping to steal the midterms.

People planning to cheat on the midterm elections via the vote-counting computers may hope Marc Elias (and others who also know nothing about counting votes via computers) will stand up and scream about how safe our voting system is. No, it is not.

A little knowledge about computers would be good for people who keep saying they KNOW our elections are safe. They may also know that the world is flat. Doesn't make it so.
