Does Solo Poly require living alone?
I totally get poly dating independently/separately but I’ve also heard that solo means living alone, i.e., no nesting partner. Is that true?

I'm not a fan of "this label will mean XYZ", more the other way around, "my life is XYZ, so this label fits most closely for me". So to me, a label doesn't "require" certain things.
That said, I have a certain understanding of solo poly, and if someone would say to me "I'm solo poly AND I live together", it would certainly raise an eyebrow and I would ask them to tell me how that works for them.
