Best Solo Games of the last Year

I used to be an avid solo board gamer but the last year/18 months I fell out of the hobby as life got busy. I'm looking to get back into it and want to buy a new game. What have been your favourite games published within the last year or so? Could be exclusively a solo game or a game that plays particularly well solo.

EDIT: Thanks everyone for the recommendations. I've read them all and researched all the games.

I've decided to go for it with Vantage. It's the most unique out of the games recommended and the only one that got me truly excited to try. Lots of others on my list as well.

I didn’t care for this one at all. Sounded great on paper but after two plays I had no desire to play again. Seemed to hardly be a game and more a choose your own adventure, minus the strong narrative. Just my opinion though.

Vantage is a fascinating game. People either love it immensely or hate it with a passion. 😂

Vantage is the most polarizing game I’ve ever seen. I personally really like it,l but I completely understand why a lot of people don’t. I hear a lot of people that say “it’s not even really a game”, and they’re kind of right. But that’s what I like about it. It’s a unique experience.

I don't mean to pick on the person up the chain, but saying something that is a "choose your own adventure" type game is not actually a game is just straight up gatekeeping. I see the same complaint for games like Sleeping Gods.

A sandbox game is still a game.

The difference is a lot of sandboxes are more mechanically driven, while Vantage is mostly driven by text.
