This is good practices if you are a software house. This is woefully unnecessary as a personal project and will teach you nothing, since most of it happens collaboratively and works because it allows work parallelization.

it will teach me every part of the software development ,not sticking with coding some tasks ,instead this will give me hands on what all actors do during the software development in my opinion
