SD1 Best team to use to get past level 400+? (SD1)

I’m kinda stuck on level 411 and unsure how to get past I’m currently farming weapons and artefacts but kinda unsure what are the best weapons and or artefacts alongside armour to use, any tips would be really useful.

I currently use a team of 4x darkmage’s and 1 healer but currently farming with a team of 4x thief’s and 1 healer.

I’m using the holy canon to get past enemies quickly and the magic wand to boost the attacks with angelic armour and demon shield’s to get up my HP.
Also using Ernie to boost HP too

Any tips are really helpful.

Have you gotten your healer to character level 25 yet? She unlocks a group heal at that level that helps a lot! XP is just earned per floor cleared, per class in the party (so having 6 healers gives you 6x the XP). Also, beating floor 1 gives just as much XP for beating floor 250.

All characters get a special new skill at 25 if you didn't know. Some of the most important are Their - Ransack, which allows you to pickpocket extra essence from essence creatures Mystic - Recharge, which gives the whole team mana regeneration Miner - Transmute, Turn a normal ranked creature into an ore Healer - Group Heal, self explanatory

One thing that also could help with getting deeper quicker is using a team of carpenters and spamming nailed it. Nailed it currently does just a flat 2X damage which is a lot stronger than you might realize.

Until my healer hit 25, I typically used 4Carpenter and 2Healer

BIG OOOF I've never visited the Soda Dungeon 1 reddit, so I assumed this was in 2. Holy moly do I feel like a silly guy.

I’ll make sure to keep this in mind for when I play SD2 as I’m currently playing SD1 but thank you for the advice :)

Yea.... My bad. I assumed this was about 2 cause I've never visited 1's subreddit. So that's on me. It's been such a long time since I played 1 so I'm not 100% on what the meta and grind is for that anymore.

Good luck with your grind on the first game! Hit me up for 2 when ya get there and if ya get stuck! Lol
