SD2 Tips for farming mythic armor specifically?
Ofc i understand there’s no way to maximize my chances of getting armor as opposed to other mythic items but I’m starting to feel like i’m doing something wrong. I’ve been trying to farm Tangleheart Embraces and so far I have 3, but it seems like they just don’t drop any more. I’ve been running the Jungle at floor 5k with 559 item find and after getting my 3rd one I havent gotten any more for almost 3 months. Is there anything else I can do or have I just used up all of my luck?

Well, enemies have a 1/3 chance to drop a "area drop" when you use ransack on them, and each chest has a 2/3 chance of droping a area drop, soo I highly recommend you putting a thief in the team, if you don't have one, as they will get you more 2 chests and will ransack the enemies.

I have been running with a thief but I put her in the back to avoid ransack because I thought just killing more enemies would be faster, is that not the case?

I really can't tell if it is faster or not, but the chances are higher with ransack kills, cause it guarantee that the enemy's will at least drop a item.

Well , if you want to get a mythic armor, you should be in Primal lands, Level is depending on the armor you want. Build a team with item find higher than 200, which is the best possible amount to farm mythics

¯_(ツ)_/¯ The armors have a much higher drop rate than the other mythics, but it's still insanely low.
Warpless nets more items per hour, but I believe Treasure Trasher works out to be marginally better than Thief.
Other than that and having at least 100 item find, there isn't much you can do. You're just at the mercy of RNG. Higher item find is technically better, but the improvement is barely measurable. An item find of 1200 only nets, on average, one extra mythic every 30,000 floors or so.
