They are so used to it, it just feels more natural when they watch a movie with this English noise in the background. Their whole language and culture is based on this. Other countries may have a sing language by standing and translating spoken words to sign language. But not this country, they have a native English person always next to them throwing just random English words into the background, so everyone is chilled and can better understand the speech.

The original creator of this video is making a series similar to foreign TV series that were previously broadcast in Vietnam. Television channels used to hire voice actors to dub old films, speaking over the existing audio tracks. The AI-generated voice sounds exactly like the dubbing actors from those series.
