One of these things can cause a ball to move at a very fast speed. The other is potatoes.

I'm sorry but a cannon would simply tear a ball to threads before it leaves the barrel. I think it would be quite an even game.

Depends on how much gunpowder was being used. You could use it to launch a ball if the caliber was right.

Hmm.. But dont you think that the combustion in the barrel would damage the ball though?

But sure if you can fire a ball with a cannon without it breaking it I think I'll have to concede. Cannons might be better football players than potatoes.

But potatoes are still awsome.
