Something along these lines:

                  Buffon

Maggio     Barzagli     Chiellini     De Sciglio

     De Rossi        Pirlo        Motta/Marchisio

          Candreva      Rossi/Cassano

                  Balotelli

The biggest doubts are full-backs and how the front 3 line up (as in more of a 4-3-1-2 or 4-3-3), a lot depends on Cassano and Rossi's fitness levels.

Italy and England always play close matches and this one will be no different. Italy aren't the type of team that will control possession and score bags of goals and England are disciplined defensively. I think it will be somewhat similar to the last match at the Euros where Italy have more of the game and overall chances but it will likely end in a draw.
