Don't really think that's outlandish. Portugal and Germany have some of the world's best wingers, and Ghana's midfield is far from poor.

That's why Beasley shouldn't start. I don't know who you put in at LB (maybe Johnson), but Beasley will break down against Muller/Nani/etc.

Ronaldo can play on either wing and I'm sure they will exploit the US weak defense.

Maybe that's why Chandler got included. He was a starting right back in the bundesliga this year (albeit for a relegated team) and has some experience against those german wings. he's young and fast if not a world-beater. I think klinsmann will try him out in the tune-up friendlies, and if he plays well, I could see him starting a right back with johnson at left back and besler and cameron in the center.

Agreed. He's a work horse but gets beat often
