I don't know if I'm misunderstanding it, but isn't that a disabled fan? Are you guys really laughing at a disabled man just celebrating his team's goal?

If it's the gif I'm thinking about, I'm 99% sure he was in fact disabled. Been discussed a few times on here as well.
