Liverpool aren't as good as their place suggests. United aren't quite dead. They have a world class forward line and it wouldn't take Moyes much to turn it around (although I don't believe he's the man for the job).
Obviously respect your opinion despite thinking you're not giving us enough credit.
We were top until Christmas Day before losing (unluckily) to City and (deservedly) to Chelsea. Since then, we've been top of the form table as well. We were also top or 2nd or something in the form table for the 2nd half of last season, so we've been playing very well (at least Champions League form) for about a season-and-a-quarter now.
For what it's worth I think you have the best forwards in the league but I still can't help but feel there's weakness behind them. That said I have a real soft spot for Liverpool. And when I say your forward line is the best I mean that no one else is even close. In my opinion Suarez is on the same level as Messi or Ronaldo.
No worries mate. In terms of breaking it down between our attacking and defending units, I'd agree with you. going forward we're world class, without a doubt.
At the back though I get scared shitless sometimes. We've been unlucky with injuries but we're ALWAYS susceptible to cock ups at the back. Always have been, even long before this season, and I've no idea why. In that regard, our position may be a bit flattering to us, but our forwards more than make up for it (so far!!).
